My story

In 2018 I have founded Mindzone, a consultancy company that provides project management, Scrum and Agile consultancy services to various organisations and projects.
In 2019 I got my Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org and started working as a Scrum Master, mostly (but not exclusively) in software development.

Between 2013 and 2018 Managed ITC project developments, system implementations, rollouts, integrations and transformations at Mercedes-Benz New Zealand

From 2008 until 2013 At Mercedes-Benz New Zealand I was providing support for internal users, delivering hogh level ITC support. Performed server operations, backups and maintenance to achieve desired objectives. Implemented best practice strategies for 1st and 2nd tier customer support across the country whilst maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Utilised best technical skills for user management and domain administration for global resource access.

2006-2008 I worked as a Systems Administrator for Multipolaris, a European company providing secure document personalisation solutions (passports, credit cards, etc.) operated a cluster of Windows servers and maintained special equipments and systems in a high security environment.
2004-2005 Operated Windows Server and Oracle based IT infrastructure for a Financial Software Development Company that was focussing on developing Finance Applications for Banks and other Financial Providers

At Telekom (formerly known as Hungarian Telecommunications Ltd.) I was involved in the HD project, an effort to completely overhaul the company's internal IT helpdesk system, increasing the HD team fourfold, implementing company-wide services, QA metrics, documentation and reporting, defining operational excellence, BAU operations and schedules.
