My role: Scrum Master to oversee all stakeholders, designed a Project specific Jira instance, coach the team for the Scrum/Kanban way, facilitate all ceremonies and working with a Delivery Lead on the backlog refinements. I managed to turn the status qou to continuous deployment, reducing the team's response time, turning user stories to delivered products.

Zespri Global - Data Driven Marketing Project

Project goal: develop two forecasting model for the Marketing Department, a SARIMAX model in parallel with an AI based (LSTM) model. Both were using the same datasets for the forecasting process, estimating the digital marketing spending and ROI, reach, impact, etc.
Project size: 8 strong inhouse team and two external teams (NZ, Au, India)

My role: Acting as Scrum Master to oversee all stakeholders progress, design a Project specific Jira instance, coach all teams for the Scrum way, facilitate all ceremonies and working with a PO on the backlog refinements. As PM I was responsible for the reporting side, progress tracking and get all team communication and collaboration working between the teams.

Zespri Global - Crystal Reports decommission project

Project goal: Developing an exit strategy for the Crystal Reports Sundown in accordace to reduce the platforms used in reporting, discover all business critical reports in CR and recreate them in PowerBI
Project size: 4 strong inhouse team (NZ, EU)

My role: Project Manager, defining project goal and scope, managing stakeholders, dealing with business request, defining acceptance criteria, building delivery roadmap and mitigating scope creep

Project goal: Developing and executing a roadmap for the DOP project, defining project goal and scope, identifying the required technical resources, platforms, dependecies, supporting marketing strategies and budget

My story

In 2018 I have founded Mindzone, a consultancy company that provides project management, Scrum and Agile consultancy services to various organisations and projects.
In 2019 I got my Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org and started working as a Scrum Master, mostly (but not exclusively) in software development.

Key Projects

Between 2013 and 2018 Managed ITC project developments, system implementations, rollouts, integrations and transformations at Mercedes-Benz New Zealand

From 2008 until 2013 At Mercedes-Benz New Zealand I was providing support for internal users, delivering hogh level ITC support. Performed server operations, backups and maintenance to achieve desired objectives. Implemented best practice strategies for 1st and 2nd tier customer support across the country whilst maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Utilised best technical skills for user management and domain administration for global resource access.

2006-2008 I worked as a Systems Administrator for Multipolaris, a European company providing secure document personalisation solutions (passports, credit cards, etc.) operated a cluster of Windows servers and maintained special equipments and systems in a high security environment.
2004-2005 Operated Windows Server and Oracle based IT infrastructure for a Financial Software Development Company that was focussing on developing Finance Applications for Banks and other Financial Providers

At Telekom (formerly known as Hungarian Telecommunications Ltd.) I was involved in the HD project, an effort to completely overhaul the company's internal IT helpdesk system, increasing the HD team fourfold, implementing company-wide services, QA metrics, documentation and reporting, defining operational excellence, BAU operations and schedules.
